Healthy kind of tough

 If someone has tough, for example some diagnosis, then if the nature or weather brings a similar but healthy kind of challenge, it can help to live healthily. And so kn some care unit there may be cool or some other challenge, which can be tough, kind of take room for weather or helping mice or the like. Then if some days pass, there may come times with much better weather skills.
